Hi All, I am in need of assistance on perpendicular lines, decimals, rational equations and slope. Since I am a beginner to College Algebra, I really want to learn the fundamentals of Remedial Algebra completely. Can anyone suggest the best place from where I can begin learning the fundamental principles? I have the final next week. |

I maybe able to help you if you can be more specific and give more details about algebra balancing divison. A right program would be ideal rather than a math tutor. After trying a number of software I found the Algebrator to be the best I have so far found. It solves any math problem from your book. It also shows all the steps (of the solution). You can just copy it as your homework assignment. However, you should use it to learn math, and simply not use it to copy answers. |

I used Algebrator too, especially in Remedial Algebra. It helped me a great deal, and you won't believe how simple it is to use! It solves the tasks and it also describes everything step by step. Better than a teacher! |

I remember having problems with multiplying matrices, long division and difference of cubes. Algebrator is a really great piece of algebra software. I have used it through several algebra classes - Basic Math, Algebra 2 and Algebra 2. I would simply type in the problem and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended. |
