adding integer

Hello folks! I have a serious issue regarding algebra and I was hoping that someone might be able to help me out a little. I have a algebra test pretty soon and even though I have been taking math seriously, there are still a some parts that cause a lot of problems, such as adding integer and exponential equations especially. Last week I had a class with a private tutor, but many things still remain unclear to me. Can you suggest a good way of studying or a good tutor that you know already?

There used to be a time when those were the only ways out. But thanks to technology now, we have something known as the Algebrator! I didn’t know that Algebrator program yet but I heard from my peers that it really does help in answering math problems. Since then, I noticed that my friends don’t really have troubles answering some of the problems in class. It might really have been efficient in improving their solving abilities in algebra. I can’t wait to use it someday because I think it can be very useful and help me have a good grade in algebra.

Is it really true that a software can do that? I don’t really know much anything about this Algebrator but I am really seeking for some assistance so would you mind suggesting me where could I find that program? Is it downloadable over the internet? I’m hoping for your quick response because I really need help desperately.
