Friends, I am in need of assistance on graphing function, linear equations, trigonometric functions and converting fractions. Since I am a newbie to Remedial Algebra, I really want to understand the fundamentals of Pre Algebra fully. Can anyone suggest the best place from where I can start learning the basics? I have the final next week. |

Algebrator is a useful software to solve how to solve numerical skills pre algebra questions. It gives you step by step solutions along with explanations. I however would warn you not to just paste the answers from the software. It will not help you in understanding the subject. Use it as a guide and solve the questions yourself as well. |

I found out a a few software programs that are appropriate. I checked them out. The Algebrator turned out to be the best suited one for function domain, matrices and radicals. It was also easy to manage. It took me step by step towards the answer rather than just giving the answer. That way I got to learn how to solve the problems too. By the time I was done with it, I had learnt how to crack the problems. I found them valuable for Pre Algebra, Intermediate algebra and Pre Algebra which aided me in my math classes. May be, this is just what you are looking for. Why not try this out? |

A truly piece of algebra software is Algebrator. Even I faced similar difficulties while solving matrices, inverse matrices and lcf. Just by typing in the problem workbookand clicking on Solve – and step by step solution to my algebra homework would be ready. I have used it through several algebra classes - Algebra 1, Algebra 1 and Algebra 2. I highly recommend the program. |
